3D Design Brief

Our restaurant concept is contemporary/rustic/industrial, with polished cement flooring, natural woods panels, vertical gardens, exposed brick, and glass. We want to create a lifestyle concept, where the place has an addictive atmosphere, hip feel, great food and drinks and hangout. We like the exposed piping, exposed ceiling fittings etc.

The food we are serving in New American, fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, with some fusion. We will also feature our desserts such as blackout cake, boston cream pies, lemon bars etc. We'd also like to have a bar with seating on one side either placed on 1st or second floor) Our seating arrangments include bar seating, 2 and 4 tops, as well as communal table (sharing).

Our kitchen is an open concept kitchen where people can see our chefs in action and their food being made.

The restaurant is on a land space that is 50x100 sqft. with frontal space enough to fit 8 parked cars, 4 on each side. The restaurant itself is 1600sq ft, divided into 2 floors, the 2nd floor has a balcony seating, the ground floor should have a patio/deck outdoor seating with glass panel roof and vertical garden walls.

I have added many pictures to show what we are going for, as well as the actual existing restaurant that we will change 360 degrees completely. (actual restaurant photos are the thai/asian pics called the myths)
