Maybe I cant explain / inspire you because of my poor english. Also, i dont manage very well this website. Apologize.
Brief has been updated with more information.
For now, best designs for us has got logo with AW or AWM initials mixed with designer inspiration. But this part is free, so can do anything you want.
In google images, if you search as: F1 team logos, Nascar team logos, WTCC team logos, chiptuning companys logos... maybe you will find inspiration.
Sorry but don´t know exactly how to explain it better
