CD Cover Design Brief
We need an album cover and design of all images for a 4 or 6 panel CD package, plus CD spine. We're an alternative rock band named Honeygun and the EP this design will be used for is to be called Kinetic. The design should illustrate kinetic energy, or energy in motion. Band logo is attached, please keep the font but feel free to modify it to fit your overall theme. We did have a concept for a six panel (cd tray far right) in which two of the panels would make one picture and when the third panel was opened it would reveal the same scene but with something changed. Attached is a a badly drawn image example of the image change.
We don't really have a preference for subject matter. We've included an example of a song from the EP called Turn. You can choose to use it as influence or take the design where you want to creatively.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We'd like to see some more designs. Although there are a couple candidates, we're not ready to pick yet. We believe there are more talented artists out there!

We've seen some great work so far, but as we progress we're looking for more abstract designs. It can be either detailed very sparse, and we're looking to illustrate "Kinetic" involving themes of nature, science, the ocean, or space.
