Logo Design Brief

I require a logo design for a company based in the UK called 'Countermeasure'. We are looking to develop innovative drinks dispensing apparatus, packaging and stock management systems.
I would like to see designs that use no more than 3 colors, I have a thought of a combination of red and black or gold and black, but I would be open to any combination if it looks good. I would like the final design to communicate a feel of innovation, technology and prestige.
