Themed in Red/Navy and Grey. Divide Jumbo postcard into four segments.
First one to include beach/palms/sun with a caption something like "Wish you were there year round?"
Second one to include a pic of an upscale city condo with caption "Ready for one-level living?"
Third one showing Montgomery County, MD tax bill with caption "Time to down-size expenses?"
