Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a very small startup company, that will act as a boutique agent/broker/consultant mostly but not exclusively to the energy sector, and therefore we are looking for a more broad design.

Ideally we would like something that subtlety reflect the name of the company if possible. MEM stands for Making Ends Meet (as on Seller and Buyer)

The Design should communicate trust different tones of blue preferably, we are looking for something simple and elegant 3D or Transparencies, anything that can reflect LINKING people together, JOINING effort, to UNITE.

Company is located in the South Central United States of America.
