Logo Design Brief

I need for a new youth basketball camp business a logo! Our campers are 6 -17, both boys and girls. We are located in Southern California and are looking to attract players of all skill levels. I am open on colors but would love to see designs with beach types of colors as we are located in Santa Monica! The design should be fun, and hopefully have some water or waves to indicate or highlight the splash concept, in addition to either a basketball net, or even a basketball!
