Nourish is a business specialising in natural whole foods. The owner is a is a chef of 20 years who was classically trained in Fine Dining food and who has traveled to Europe and Asia for her passion of food. She is a qualified yoga instructor, who has developed the motto in life 'food for the soul'

The business will produce gluten free foods and food with raw ingredients. It will also do private catering, hospitality consultancy and food coaching
