Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a document automation program that I have designed. The logo should be classy and imply speedy document creation. The actual logo is:

Document Automation for the 21st Century

WhizDocs should be larger text than the subtitle. Both lines should include the TM symbol (trademark).

Once the logo is selected, I will also need the same designer to create a logo for my business name.
