design a logo for a web portal.
Portal directed towards foreigners that come transferred by companies, or with more money in the pocket, to open companies etc (not just to study English and teach English).
Needs to have a VIP feel, global but distinctly Brazilian, luxury but relaxed. Upscale but not stuffy.

Target Market(s)

Foreigners that come to Brazil to live here, for a short or long period of time, and have money to spend. They need solutions for getting a visa, new housing, opening a company and all sorts of problems relocation entails.
Foreigners that come to Brazil for leisure, and want to know better the country, going past the obvious cliches, and have money to spend. They like adventure, interesting experiences, luxury hotels in farther places, good adventurous food.
They are cool, well educated and well travelled.
