We need a company logo for our new real estate company.

The company name is Blue House Realty

The company's office is located in a 1920's blue farm house which is very visible in the community.

The company name comes from the very visible office building.

We serve both buyers and sellers and need to communicate trust and experience.

The logo should contain the company name and be easily readable and recognizable on road side signs from 30 yards away.

Requirements

Must have

• Needs to be based around a shade of blue that is easily recognizable and readable on 24 inch printed road side signs and signs posted in front of houses for sale.

Should not have

• Complicated shadings or gradients that will not print well on vinyl or corrugated signs. No more than three colors in the design.
  
  No too much script or decoration which would make it hard to read while driving by.
