Hello

You need a raster image not vector.
Also if it is 72 dpi, you cannot make the picture any clearer. Even if you change it to 300 dpi.
Vector art would be used if it was a logo or lettering, as you can resize and there are no pixel depth issues to deal with.
What you have now is the best you will get.

Having been in the sign and lettering business for awhile, it will be fine. You have a travelling billboard at 65 mph. People look at it, read it, and interpret in a second.
