Logo Design Brief

I would like the logo to be clean & professional with a medical connotation or association. I like the Red Cross logo and want to include the wings on the second image (please dont include the pin or the snakes wrapping around) Ideally the wings from the second picture with a cross and the Writing "Pacific Cosmetic" in bold standout and "trading" smaller.
