Graphic Design Brief

Hi, I want to redesign my logo, letter head, script pad, and business card.
We are an occupational therapy practice, dealing with hand therapy and return to work assessments. The logo seen on the letter head was just used for the past two years as something to get going. The company name is very long, but can be shortened to RICHTER THERAPY. all the details are on the letter head. attached business card and script pad as well as therapy attendance letter. I am looking for a logo that can be recognized between many other documents. Any color. We focus on hand therapy in the practice, but see a variety of conditions, head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and functional capacity evaluations and return to work assessments.
