Would you mind me asking whats the business name then and also what are the details of the logo, like tagline, or is it your function or service offered as spelled out? Do you have any preferences aside from those you mentioned? the brief is still unclear, also I suggest you make the contest "Payment Guaranteed" as opposed to "Payment not Guaranteed", it'll attract more designers to your idea pitch.

The business name is "myeho", it will be a service business offering advice, audits, policy implementation, dealing with inspections form the official authorities from the council, dealing with any complaints from members of the public against a business eg they have had an accident on site or they suffered from food poisoning etc and trying to help business manage their risks and keep legal.

The only tag line is The other wording provided in the brief.
