Logo Design Brief

We would like a new brand for a new website we are developing. The web domain for this will be www.methvenreservations.co.nz.

The concept is to bring, under one umbrella, the properties that we manage for holiday and tourism accommodation letting.

Currently there are three (3) properties in the letting pool, but we vision more joining:-

1) Abisko Lodge & Apartments – www.abisko.co.nz.
2) Central Apartments - www.centralapartmentsmethven.co.nz.
3) Whitestone Cottages - www.whitestonecottages.co.nz.

Our products will range from campground, tenting, lodge style accommodation (3.5 star), economy self-contained apartments (3.5 star), luxury high end apartments (4 star) and luxury (4 star) self-contained cottages.

Colour choices would be Rosewood - #5A0000 Hex Color for the Web has the RGB values of 90, 0, 0 and the CMYK colour values of 0, 1, 1, 0.647.

We live in a small, rural village called Methven. The main tourism industry is the ski industry with Mt Hutt being the professional ski resort in the area. We also have other tourism opportunities in Methven. For more, see www.amazingspace.co.nz.

Methven Village is at the foot of the Southern Alps, and we would like this to feature in the Logo in a stylised form, however, we will consider other logos.

We did have a basic design which is attached but we are by no means attached to this sample and would like something dynamic and inspirational.
