Banner Ad Design Brief

We are an outdoors online store in Australia called 'Camping Bug' We are refreshing our web site www.campingbug.com.au with a new design (see new design template here - www.fishingbug.com.au

Our logo includes a range of Bug characters as seen on campingbug.com.au - the new website has x 4 different size Banners that we will use to advertise new products and sale items etc.
We would like the banner designs as a template that we could then add photo's and text to regularly.

We are open to your creative ideas and design skills...

We would like the design to be illustrated / cartoon style with the ability to display product images and text.

There are x 4 specific size banners -

1) 980 x 445 (large Banner)
This banner will rotate and we would like the designs to allow the transition to be seamless (ie: if they have the same design component then it is in the exact same place on each banner template)

2) 255 x 90

3) 725 x 90

4) 280 x 150

We use Gimp so *.xcf files would be great but we can use the base from png if the design suits.

Remember the banners you design - we will put product images and text overlay-ed on top - so subtle design will be required.
