All to increase success in selling something, convincing somebody and being liked much more. It extends to the claim that convincing your spouse to chose your favorite movie rather than hers or to pick that vacation sport over the other one would also a sale, not a commercial sale but an important one too. And that you can achieve these kind of success too using the information from the book. However this is NOT a self help book but a business book!
