T-shirt Design Brief

We need a t-shirt design for staff to wear; something they feel proud to wear (maybe vintage/retro/quirky) as well as a couple of core designs to sell in our cellar door.

We would like a t-shirt for our brewer's to wear and one for our bottlingline crew. The print should ideally not take up too much area on the t-shirts so as to be too expensive to have printed.

I have attached a bit of a mood board below. The name of our brewery is "McCashin's Brewery". We are located in Stoke, Nelson, New Zealand. Our beer is called "Stoke" www.mccashins.co.nz We are the oldest craft brewery in NZ (Started in 1981) . we would ideally like "#firstincraft" included in the t-shirt somewhere .

Stoke is famous for its oldies - I think we musty have the highest number of rest homes/retirement villages in NZ per capita. Nelson is also the craft brewing capital of NZ and the only region where hops are grown commercially.

I've also attached a pic of a previous t-shirt design that worked well for us - the "Stoke Rainbow t-shirts" which were a play off of the "Keep NZ Beautiful Logo"
