I don't think I'll time to make something for you but what I wanted to tell you, seeing how it's very nice project, is that you should clearly specify in the description that you want Design + Coding. That way, you'll get an actual working website, not just a cool image.

I have had a hard time finding out exactly what deliverables I should expect from a web design project so I asked for HTML & CSS files for a home page and 2-3 content page templates.  If PSD design is typical, I guess I would accept that.  I do prefer HTML and CSS, though.

I''d prefer not to have a CMS as I am actually a developer (but definitely NOT a designer) and I intend to build some ASP.NET functionality into the site after I get a design I like.
