what town are you located in? Is the restaurant right on the water? Can you tell us what the theme of the restaurant is? for instance you said white table cloths but can you elaborate a little more? What kind of ambiance are you shooting for?

It may include the words french  and Thai wine bistro but not the res word restaurant

To get feed back just message the project manager and ask for some tips or feedback and as for payment the website holds the payment until a person is chosen then they will send all files related to the design and copyrights and the site manager will pay you most likely via paypal or into your bank account I'm not sure
