Web Design Brief

NDA Exchange is a web application which allows users to very easily exchange non-disclosure agreements via e-mail & fax.

The requirement is for a single “Coming Soon” page which allows users to submit their email address.

Design should include CSS, HTML, images, colour theme etc. No code required, I will hook into a RoR backend.

Should include a form that allows submission of email address.

NDAExchange should be one word with visual seperate between NDA & Exchange . See salesforce.com for an example where this is done with font and colour.

Page should not have a big "Coming Soon" sticker or anything tacky like that.

To be clear delivery is a static webpage ready to be served. PSD/GIF/PNG is fine for prototype.
