Web Design Brief

We're looking for a basic website and order form for our stripped down ISP, Kiwi Broadband.

The front page should be basic with our two plan options - we're open to pretty much any design, but one possibility is an image of New Zealand with two clouds above it (similar to the quick mockup attached).

Clicking on one of the plans will then take the user to a basic order form.

We will also need a contact, about, and support page.
