Web Design Brief

We're looking for a website design for a small IT consultancy called "Michael Carder Ltd"

We do a lot of IT projects for Government particularly in Manangement Information Systems and are looking for a smarter site to show our general consulting ability and our strengths in IT.

The design should be clear and simple and have similar colours to the logo attached (lots of whitespace too..). We want customers to engage with the site and for it not to be just a simple front. (for e.g. see www.logica.com)
