Logo Design Brief

I would like to see a logo design for my company Account Works Pty Ltd. It needs to be simple and catchy. I want our logo to communicate balance (meaning ledger balanced), professionalism, upbeat (we are not boring accountants!), Our service is solution based, allowing clients to feel like their accounting function is seamless. Our moto is to work in the ‘background’ so clients can focus on the operational, growth and expansion side of their business - imagine a duck on the water making business seem easy, seamless, gliding (but underneath they are paddling away to make it just work - all accounting functions sorted).
In essence, my goal is to make life in business easy for clients without being bogged down with administration -

I like blue, silver, black - open to suggestions though
The colour needs to be easily matched or complimentary when I add my contact details on email.
The font needs to be easy to read
