Web Design Brief
Hello,
An old class mate is starting his own little CCTV/Camera security business as a one-man-gang.
He asked me to do his website but unfortunatly my design skills are not worth looking at :) The coding is no problem.
So I'm here to request a design.
What he wants is a site that lists the products he might install which is based on a small tree structure. So see it as a shop overview/display but without the baskets & cashout options.
you can find a site structure scheme, logo, product images & data sheet pdf's at this dropbox address:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/buh2w6510bt2mn6/qmYjCZO4ga/Cam-Control
the site itself is http://www.cam-control.be but only has a splash screen until I have a design for it.
the logo is a bit out of proportions, not sure if you can make something good out of it :/
Most content is in Dutch, I'll see if I can translate the needed parts...
Updates
Dear designers,
I have some good new for you.
You are allowed to use only that chrome Cam-Control part of the logo,
which should make things a lot easier to fit into your design ideas.
Keep up the creativity!

Dear designers,
I uploaded a new logo to the dropbox space.
It's a png but unfortunately it's not transparent, I'm still waiting for that one
but you know how to erase it in photoshop.

Requirements
Must have
- an iconized way to browse/display a tree. (not the traditional folder/explorer style)
maybe first a page with buttons/icons showing level 1 the group types (IP cams, IP servers, Accessories)
level 2 product groups (dome cam, ptz cam etc)
level 3 the actual product + a link to a pdf datasheet (if any)
could be multipage or maybe in/on-page since the product list won't be that huge.
maybe some random product info left and/or right so that the content area is not massive since he has not much to type
;)
