Logo Design Brief

My Business:

Sportsfit will focus on improving the health and well being of corporate office workers through games based fitness activities. Many of the games to be used by Sportsfit are used by elite sports teams from the Australian Rules League (Aussie Rules), National Rugby League (Rugby League), Super 14 (Rugby Union) & A-League (Soccer). Eventually I will introduce other sports. For example in Winter I will do some Basketball programs and in Summer do some cricket programs.

I want to get people active and have fun doing it, with participation being more important than performance. Instructors will make the training environment fun and positive, not this tough talking Boot Camp style of training.

All sessions will be structured as group training consisting of 8-16people.

I will be marketing directly to corporations in Sydney’s CBD, dealing with educated, busy business professionals. Therefore, the logo needs to be very professional.

The Logo:

I already have an idea of what I am looking for, but would be more than happy to have your own personal professional input.

I like the idea of the logo using my company name Sportsfit with a healthy Electrocardiogram (ECG) heart rate line underneath/beside it (as seen in the ‘BUPA’ logo).

http://www.crystalgraphics.com/f/images/ppt/L/LT_ECG_am_13.jpg (link to 'Power Plugs' logo).

I am unsure how I want my company name written so can you please give me three options.
1) All in uppercase. (SPORTSFIT).
2) Only S & FIT in uppercase. (SportsFIT).
3) Only S in uppercase. (Sportsfit).
I would like input from you on what font to use.

I really like the way they have done the ECG line in the ‘BUPA’ logo, however it is technically incorrect. If you look at the ‘Power Plugs’ logo a healthy ECG line is repeated twice. Can you please adapt the ‘BUPA’ line to look like one of the ECG lines in the ‘Power Plugs’ logo?

I will be using two different types of T-Shirts (I want to use black, red and white colours):
1) Black T-Shirts. So I want the company name in white and the ECG symbol in red.
2) Red T-Shirts. Not sure how a black or white logo will look on a red T-Shirt so can you please give me both colour options?
3) White Paper. So I want the company name in black and the ECG symbol in red.
