Dear Project Owner, Thank you for your invite, but as stated in my profile I ONLY accept "Payment is Guaranteed" projects. I believe I am speaking for most of the serious, hard working designers out here. We have all had bad experiences with non-guaranteed projects, most designers have found that we not only put in long hours of our time on the work itself, but even after several refinements requested from the client still no payout, no feedback, no winner. Most of the non-guaranteed projects not only get extended time after time for periods of up to 3 months but in the end the clients have gotten a refind. collect enough ideas to take our work and go get the job done by a local Graphics Designer in his area. We have seen this happen over and over again. If you would like serious designer's participation would you please guarantee the project out of respect for all of us. Thank you for your sencere reply and sometimes is true what your saying and it's really valid your perception. However for first time you put your project and you don't know what to expect. Also some times there are 80% of the designs not really worked and this cause some distrust.

I don't know if you saw the brief, but at the end I put that this work is guarantee, because I didn't find the option to change from not guarantee to guarantee. If you know how to do it please let me know.
