My client needs a new website redesign , the site was currently designed in a DNN 7 Script , You must design the website in 2014 updated Scripts you must transfer the site to our server after the design is complete to insure that it works prior to fund release , You are allowed to redesign the Site in Joomala , Word Press etc... the site and all pages and links must look and function like
www.kw.com , If you choose to use DNN7 version that is currently on the our server we will provide you access to redesign upon request .

Note: there is a floating contact app on there we would like
an additional one floating next to it so that buyers and sellers can contact
the company .... , Whom so ever get's the project will also have the ability
to charge for SEO / Content management and maintenance on a monthly basis , all pages and site must be pre-approved prior to release of funds this project is not to exceed 10 days we look forward to a fun project
please have a working knowledge of CSS HTML 5 PSD , Scripts , Coding
FTP , etc.. , We have provided the logo to get started all pages and like must compliment Alamrealty.com Logo color Scheme good luck and may the best man or team win ....

Ok you don't have to use DotNetNuke you may use any 2014 updated CMS you like , Note only the front page is required to look like KW.com but you may create the other pages anyway you like .... just make it functional like kw.com thanks
