This is an ebook, available on Kindle, It is published in a half finished condition. I am going to engage with the online community to expand on chapters, do a foreword, dedication, and also to design the book cover. About one chapter will be added per week until...... Thank you all for your participation. In the end I had to choose one, which was difficult. Congrats to the winner, thank you to all. I believe you are all talented and encourage you to continue.
