So the name zipRfit is a play on words - zipper up your waist line by losing weight, zipper up the midline by drawing the rectus muscles towards one another to help heal diastasis recti and finding additional strength and endurance through the pelvic floor by zippering up.


ZipRfit will also have a nutritional arm to assist women to lose weight which will further assist their journey.
