Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new copywriting and editing service called ByLine. We deliver high-quality, affordable writing and editing services without the fuss of dealing with freelancers and temps. Our logo should appeal to Marketing Managers, Advertising Account Managers, Editors and new business owners. Ideally the logo will be simple and sophisticated, indicating that while we are creatively talented, we are also professional and efficient. It will be bold, modern and young. Colours - slate grey, white, black, yellow OR mint green OR blue (not together). No template, cookie-cutter designs please, only originals.

Marketing Managers, Account Managers, new business owners, Editors (digital and print), graphic designers.
