Brochure Design Brief

We need a brochure design for a new company in Dubai called 'Classic English Picnics'. We already have a logo designed which I have attached and would like to use this and the green/gold/white colours for our brochure. Our company initially will be supplying classic English picnic wear of traditional wicker baskets in many designs which hold all the cutlery, crockery and accessories. We will also be selling picnic accessories. We want to purvey a sense of luxury and class in line with our logo. I have attached some photos of the picnicwear. As our products are changing all the time I thought a fold out cover which stays the same and then product cards inserted into the folder which can be changed according to our product changes. I am looking for a fairly simple design and each product card should have at least one photo of the product on it with a spec and description also. On the cover of the folder I would like room to write about the company and what we do, this can be inside or out and may or may not include photos. I have the logo designs in illustrator format and pdf. Please contact if any more information is needed.
