Logo Design Brief
I need a logo that will capture the flavor of my motovlog website/YouTube channel. Most vloggers start with a logo splash over the playing video or stand alone. I would like a logo that encompasses aspects of my channel/site include these ideas: 1) motorcycles 2) motorcycle helmets 3) Florida 4) Ducati 5) Harley Davidson. Take a look at my YouTube page linked from OiDirk.com and check out some of the other channels I follow for some logo ideas (ChaseonTwoWheels is one I kind of like). I'd like some sort of image with OiDirk mixed in. The logo should be edgy and include color. Maybe something like a Ducati Panigale in profile canted forward (impression of speed) with a rider in full race tuck, with a GoPro or Drift camera on the helmet. Maybe around the bike and rider palm trees also bending by wind from the passing bike with OiDirk under it. Logo should be large enough to see the detail as it will be used in a full frame video format and zoomed down as required. For any questions, just ask.

All: I've seen some great designs so far, thanks! I did find one concept on the web today that I really like. I know it has too much detail for a logo, but the elements of the rider leaned over holding a cell phone is very cool. If that could be replaced with a gopro camera (on a hand held mount) or draft camera that would be great and then add my other design elements. Must have
- Should include some sort of motorcycle element. Helmets are popular and since I am a motovlogger, it should have a representation of a GoPro or Drift camera. Go to YouTube and search for motovloggers and you will find some great design inspirations. Logo needs to be stand-alone with no complicated background. It will be used in videos so it needs to stand clearly on a transparent background and be self-contained.
Nice to have
- If the design was animated like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfwGkF0rtfw at the 20 second mark, that would be a plus. Something like a starburst or an explosion effect would be great.
Should not have
- Anything traditional, no logos that are just letters.
