Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo so that my new (single-person!) business can start promoting its brand and services as soon as possible. The firm is called "Organic HR" ("HR" is the acronym for "Human Resources", commonly used in most U.S. companies). Our firm (meaning, I) will provide practical, experience-based, actionable guidance to companies of all sizes on the growth and development of their people. More specifically, we will provide services such as executive coaching, employee assessment, organizational strategy/design and leadership team effectiveness to clients across a variety of industries. The firm is based in Connecticut and will likely focus client efforts on Boston, New York and everywhere in between.

Our web address will be www.organic-hr.com. Unfortunately the version without the hyphen is already in use. Part of me feels it's for the best since without the hyphen it's starts to look like one long word.

The logo should make some clear/legible distinction between the words "Organic" and "HR" but of course synthesize into the total logo. Open to different color, font, graphic, pictorial treatments that also convey experience, honesty, growth, hope . . . . You can take it from there!

(I probably don't need to say stuff like . . . needs to be easily transferred from web use to business card to other, and can't be a large/unusual file type that will confuse my clients' email systems.)
