Card Design Brief

I am making a mailing postcard
I am having the mailing printed using 4 color foil on certain parts.
I am looking for a design that maximizes the foil process where certain parts are done in foil to grab the customers attention (example: if there is a car on the postcard the headlights would be done in foil) .
I am targeting some industries, (auto, real estate, medical, beauty) I would like the post card to have examples of postcard ideas for 2 or 3 of these industries.

specs:
the postcard should be atleast 6.5x9 up to 8.5x11, I don't want to restrict the space for the creative as I don't want everything to look like a huge mess. both sides will be used.

the piece is a direct mail piece so it has to meet requirements of https://www.usps.com/business/pdf/quick-reference-guide.pdf

text will be
