Woolsey Construction is a custom residential and commercial design/build company located in the Texas Hill Country. We specialize in green and sustainable building. Our tagline is "The Sustainable Design/Build Company". Our ideal clients are families and individuals that want a contemporary project, and are open minded to exploring energy smart technologies. We offer solar, rainwater collection systems, highly insulated walls, windows, grey water systems, and proper orientation of the structure to maximize natural daylighting. We strive to educate our clients on the cost-benefit of green options, and provide payback periods, and many other metrics to demonstrate how most often sustainable building options make sense financially and environmentally.
