Are you looking for psd design or full site build?
please clarify.
Also it seems that you have zeroed down on some designs as lot of time has passed after the project opened.

Hi,

I haven''t zeroed on any designs yet. I though I would wait till designers have had time to put their ideas out. Concerning PSD or Site build I''m not quite sure. I am looking for a Wordpress build. My SEO guy is looking for the following (below) and he will flush out the rest of the site. I am mainly looking for the graphics and layout. He will build the rest. 
By the way if you vary from the items below just take a moment to explain why. We are considering everything.... Thanks

+Full width of site 1080px, centered

+Header no taller than 300px

+Need standard selection of pages, including a full page layout

+ Onpages with a sidebar, main column width at least 640px, sidebar 320px

+All page titles should be an H1, and the only H1 on the page

+Provide 4 footer widgets spanning the width of the site
