Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my coaching practice. I offer Executive (leadership) Coaching, Business Coaching, and Sales Training. I would like the colors green and blue. I'm also interested in taking the first letter of each word (S & C) and linking them together somehow. I attached an idea, but I'm not "married" to it.
