Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company called 'Talent Inspector'. We help companies to find and test technical candidates (mostly software developers) for their skills and talent. The logo should comunicate the following:
1. We evaluate talent based on actual work and not resume
2. We are about quality, not quantity
3. We can locate technical talent quickly

We would like the design to include both text and symbol. We do not have any color preference.

Please develop a black and white, grayscale and color versions of the logo, and provide both high-resolution and low-resolution formats for each version.
Provide the logo as an EPS vector file and as a PNG file with a transparent background.
