We need a logo design for an insurance agency. The design needs to convey professionalism and protection, it needs to work in both color and black/white for an exterior sign, it needs to work on a horizontal and vertical layout, and the final image needs to have a clear background.

Thank you all for your submissions. We are struggling to pick a logo and wanted to be more specific with the direction of the design. We are interested in having a logo "S" with the wording "Safeguard" below and the wording "Insurance" below that. We want it to work well with the 50x50 pixel requirements of Facebook and other social media. We would like to "S" to be unique and possibly even clever. Negative space that creates the "S" would be an example, but is not required. We would like "Safeguard" to be in bold and more prominent than "insurance", however, we would like to horizontal spacing of the two to be the same. We prefer blues and grays, but are open to other colors that convey professionalism such as grey and gold. If you have idea for this new direction please submit a new design.
