any reason contest is not garanteed?

Hello and thanks for the question. As the manager of this contest, I personally would have liked to offer a guarantee. However, as a non-profit organization, I'm operating under a board of directors, and there was some concern by the board that we may not find a suitable logo through this contest. For this reason we decided to reserve the right to end the contest without guaranteeing a winner. We do have some great designs in already though, and I personally think that this won't be an issue, but this is just my opinion. I hope you understand, and are able to submit a design.
