Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo that can be used across my branding platform (cards, web, letterhead, presentations/reports, etc). My business is educational consulting focused on early childhood programs (children 0-6 specialty is 3/4yr old programs) and even more specifically program quality assessment, quality improvement planning and professional development.

In Michigan the rating system is called Great Start to Quality and the central agency that provides oversight to early childhood programs across the state is Great Start Connect.

I want to convey a positive, trusting vibe as I will be going in to assess, but want to communicate that I am about helping and not criticizing. Also want to convey that I am an advocate for quality in children's early education and its impact on their future.
