Logo Design Brief

Dear designer,

I am starting a business called 'The Career Medic' in Sydney Australia and predominantly supporting Sydney-based clients...

As the name implies, I am in the career coaching business, supporting people to move to or into their next job role by developing their resume, LinkedIn profile, and interviewing and networking skills to name a few.

A 'medic' by definition is a doctor or someone in the medical field, so my company name relates to a career doctor...Someone who can 'fix' their career ills/concerns and allow them to move to a great new job/career...

I don't want anything corny or too obvious as my clientèle will be professionals and managers who are either in a job and want a change, or in transition (between jobs) and want to land their ideal next job...

Some of my key differentiators are that I am an experienced Human Resources senior manager who has worked in diverse industries in Australia, Asia and the UK...I have also been through job loss 3 times in my 25 year career, so I 'get it' when someone is between jobs.

I am not too fussed by colours, but like the combination of strong colours like black, blue, grey and white (but not precious about colours and am open-minded).

I want something professional and classy that portrays the highly individualised (one to one) and quality service clients will receive compared to other career coaches.
