Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new personal training, fitness and well being business based in Scotland. "Base Fitness" will be a mobile fitness provider aimed at improving peoples lives through training, education and motivation. Target demographics are mainly the general public so a friendly and approachable feel would be beneficial. Currently I don't have any colour themes so ideas are welcome.
