Logo Design Brief

Please visit www.NolandDental.com to see examples of what I did on photoshop. I like the Blue and white theme that I used. But Family Dental Care is what I do(so I need to get this out of the logo), but I want to brand my name as Noland Dental, so that my practice name does not seem like Family Dental Care, so people can find me easier. I was thinking about Blue and White simple with a Logo (maybe cursive capitol letters) with ying and yang ish type N/D with background in white, N in Blue, then D background in blue, D in white attached to Noland Dental, Noland background in White, Noland in Blue, and Dental background in Blue, Noland in white, or whatever combo looks best. Possibly a molar tooth in the middle of Noland Dental, with simpler logo on left or tooth built into the N/D simple logo on left of larger NOLAND DENTAL logo, but simple logo on left part of larger logo on right....

would also like a new design for www.NolandDental.com similar color ideas.
Maybe some ideas on how to incorporate simple logo, NOLAND DENTAL, www.NolandDental.com and phone number or just keep it simple with N/D (Picture Molar Tooth) Noland Dental. Modern cool image. May turn it into my online new logo and my sign out front as well.
