HI there, Design Crowd only permit uncoded designs to be submitted, if it is required for a fully coded website, this should be discussed with the Designer who has been awarded the winning design, and that would include the additional designer costs to re-create the design in code and then upload it if required, I don't think there would be too many designers that would do a fully coded website for $300. I would happily design a website for you, however I would request additional fees for the coding work thereafter.
