Logo Design Brief

I am currently designing a new site to be a education site for seniors (65 and older) in regards to Medicare. The logo will need to be clean and easy to read since I am dealing with older individuals. I am looking to make a brand. The website I will be utilizing is www.MedicareFAQ.com (it is not live yet so you cant see it). It will be educational like my current site www.MedigapProviders.com but will also be a lead generator for my agency. I will be utilizing this same type of logo for more sites that I create for other types of insurance down the road.

There will be a few key points to keep in mind while creating:
* Use colors: Red, White and Blue
* I would like a Flag and US map on the left side of the logo. You can have one faded over the other but somehow tie them together. (You are the designer so I will leave that up to you).
* This website this is going on will have a father company and its name is "Elite Insurance Partners, LLC" so somewhere in the logo I will want it to state something like "An Elite Insurance Partner Company". Preferably at the bottom somewhere.
* Of course I will need the MedicareFAQ in the logo also. I don't need the .com though. Please make the FAQ pop a little more and somehow tie in the meaning to it which is Frequently Asked Questions (as I'm sure you knew).
* Last but not least I would like some sort of tag line, I came up with a few. If you think of something better I am open to it.
- Helping Under Medicare 1 Person at a Time
- Making Sense of Medicare
- Your Medicare Insurance Resource Center
- Taking the Confusion Out of Medicare
