- what kind of boat for this event ?
- color of the apparel T-shirt ?

1) There are many boats that are used in the party flotilla , mainly small watercraft 30'' and under.

2) We''re just letting the designers run with "Whatever".  We''ll decide the color(s) after we select a design, but good question though.
