Business Card Design Brief

i need a business card design for my company. we are a very small property developer specialising in land subdivisions in geelong Australia.

I would like to see a splash of brown yellow brown that is my favorite football team colors. (Hawthorn) Its needs to be not offensive and slighlty subtle or mysterious or cheeky. I would like a white background with black writing.

Company is Josco Property Developments. We dont have a logo - maybe a picture of a house /fence / gate / road could or couldnt work? I dont really know.
